Job description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing Team and be responsible for leading the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy. You will work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to drive high-impact product launches, acquire in-depth customer and market feedback, perform customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing, and develop messaging and collateral to enable our GTM teams.

This position is ideal for a data-driven, self-starter who is comfortable working on ideation, management, and execution of creative sales strategies to drive growth. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, best practices, and experience in supporting and enabling GTM teams in a B2B SaaS company.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the GTM product marketing strategy for Rossum platform and marketplace, including target market identification, positioning and messaging, product launches, and go-to-market plans.
  • Partnering with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Performing continuous customer and market research including persona research, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining enablement materials (value propositioning, battle cards, product demos) to support our GTM teams in their effort of driving revenue and adoption.
  • Owning the production of customer case studies demonstrating concrete business value from the Rossum platform.
  • Working closely with the broader marketing team to craft appealing messaging for our demand generation channels (website, landing pages etc.), develop and execute compelling campaigns that create awareness and drive pipeline.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive landscape, and providing insights and recommendations to the broader team.
  • Developing and tracking key product and business metrics to evaluate and grow your business.
  • Contributing to the pricing and packaging strategy.
  • Exploring the potential of the PLG and the Freemium model.
  • Being the in-house expert (buyers, influencers, competitors, industry, etc.) on Rossum platform and personas.
  • Being a spokesperson, evangelist, and thought leader with analysts, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, strategy, or growth marketing (experience with data/engineering products and technical personas is a plus).
  • Outstanding storyteller - you have strong, succinct writing & communication skills and an eye for good design. You can synthesize large amounts of information and simplify it for different personas in clear and effective ways.
  • Data-driven marketer - you combine intuition with data and customer empathy/research to build strategy, measure outcomes, and inform your decision making.
  • Hustler - you are a self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborator - you're a team player who thinks big, is hands-on, organized, and solves problems.
  • Leader - you easily inspire, lead, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Creator - you've built meaningful brands by producing content that stands out, be it integrated campaigns or standalone videos, blog posts, case studies, sales brochures, events, etc.
