The Role
As a key member of the Ravelin marketing team, you will bring our product to market through close collaboration with the Ravelin product and sales teams. You will drive the positioning, messaging and integrated go-to-market strategy for Ravelin across payments and fraud.
You will contribute to thought leadership, and open up new market opportunities for Ravelin. You will understand and define relevant personas and use cases—building the content necessary to enable the Ravelin field sales and marketing teams to drive opportunities to a successful close.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise and act as a subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders for the products, services, and markets that we serve
- Define market strategy and drive efforts for building market awareness, Ravelin brand awareness, pipeline / demand, as well as revenue
- Work across the marketing team to provide content for website, collateral, public and analyst relations, trade shows, online marketing, customer stories, and more
- Represent the company at various speaking engagements and conferences
- Deliver sales training and enablement and develop tools such as sales kits, ROI analysis, and messaging guides to enhance sales effectiveness
Requirements
- Product marketing experience in the enterprise software industry, with some experience at a payments or fraud company a significant plus
- Strong storytelling skills and experience creating corporate or product pitches
- Confidence to establish the product marketing function within Ravelin
- Ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution across cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including ability to create and deliver effective presentations
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences, customer visits, sales meetings, and other places,
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
