The Technology Product Marketing Team creates differentiating content that enables both our marketing and sales teams to effectively tell the unique Workday technology story. The team works closely with Product & Technology, Global Marketing Campaigns, Field Sales, Pre-sales, Partner & Alliances and Value Management teams by aligning messaging & content to business objectives.
About the Role

We are looking for a strategic problem solver, capable of crafting and delivering remarkable content and messaging. We seek innovative collaborators who can bring creativity to planning and executing programs across teams to drive awareness, thought leadership and accelerate customer preference at scale for Workday’s exciting and dynamic market. We seek individuals with experience creating the stories and positioning around technology and platforms (such as Platform as a Service) and communicating with customers, industry analysts and enabling sales and partners to grow awareness and preference for Workday as a strategic platform in today’s enterprise. In addition, a person who can build technology content to help drive campaigns and deliver content for digital, social, live and event-based programs. While working alongside product, marketing, partner, competitive intelligence, and field enablement teams to build content and tools to enable sales.
About You
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years’ experience in a product marketing or customer-facing role such as pre-sales or professional services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
Other Qualifications
  • Subject matter expertise and a passion for software-as-a-service, platform-as-a-service or enterprise application development
  • Excellent communication, writing and story-telling skills
  • Ability to build and deliver content in the form of enablement and presentations to a wide array of audiences that are both technical and non-technical
  • Agile professional with proven track record to deliver commitments quickly and on-time
  • Excels in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with positive and collaborative style
  • MBA is a plus.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $152,400 - $228,600
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $144,800 - $243,200
