Kitman Labs’ advanced Outcome-driven Analytics and Performance Intelligence Platform are used by over 700 teams in 50 leagues on 6 continents spanning soccer, rugby, American football, baseball and ice hockey.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. In Kitman Labs, Product Managers work closely with engineers, designers and our sports scientists to build products. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our Manchester, UK office. Remote or hybrid working in Ireland or the UK, or based in our office in Dublin can also be accommodated.

Part of this role will be to manage the ongoing integration of an acquired product into the core Kitman Labs platform.

We will expect you to:

    • Lead the full idea to market life cycle for your assigned products
    • Foster a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities
    • Drive product execution with a diverse team of engineers, sports scientists and data scientists
    • In conjunction with our design team, perform usability studies and identify best practises to inform your product requirements
    • Define and analyse the metrics that determine the success of your products
    • Liaise with our product marketing team to build a go-to-market strategy that maximises the potential for your products

Experience and skills we are looking for:

    • Previously held a product management role in a software company
    • Experience of the full product lifecycle
    • Experience with integration of an acquired product
    • Demonstrable experience of leading a diverse team
    • Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and the reasoning behind them
    • A design-centric approach to building products
    • Worked closely with development teams to build web products, and ideally mobile apps
    • Collaborated with product marketing teams
    • Excellent writing skills, including the creation of customer facing materials

Our impressive Manchester office is located within a 5 minute walk of major Train stations and we offer a remote friendly hybrid working model.
