FitXR is available on Meta Quest 2 and has been downloaded by over a million people worldwide. Featured in Forbes, Empire, T3, Washington Post, Men's Health, GQ and more. In 2022, FitXR ranked 6th in The Information’s 50 Most Promising Startups.
TLDR
We’ve got a Product Manager role for someone who wants to join an emerging technology business who’s doing exciting things, first. You will support the strategy and development of our core experience: fitness studios (Box, Dance, HIIT, Sculpt, Combat). This is a high profile role within the organisation and you will work closely with the Lead PM, Senior Leadership Team and the founder.
What you’ll find here
- An opportunity to genuinely drive positive change in people’s lives: our product team is all about driving meaningful value for our community
- A highly collaborative team of multi-disciplinary specialists, who manage a huge range of experimental and high impact product initiatives - your thoughts, challenges and ideas are actively encouraged
- A clear vision and direction, and a superb Lead Product Manager to support you
- A culture built on delivering greatness, iterating, sharing feedback and trying new things - you’ll have the space to grow and learn every day
- A highly invested senior leadership team who believe our people are what will take our business to the next level
- Strong foundations, but an openness to challenge and improve - we have a solid delivery process, strong team commitment and a lot of documented guidance
- An excellent benefits package - see below
Where you’ll spend your time
- Deep diving into our community and representing their voice to guide our decision-making - we have a strong data team, but are looking to improve our user research activity
- Defining and communicating the why and the what. Ideas come from everywhere, inside and outside of our business; your role is to collaborate and choose the best path
- Work closely with our Design, Art, Engineering, Content, Data and Leadership teams to help define and deliver our product roadmap
- Run experiments to test hypotheses and identify new opportunities
- Communicate clearly with your team and everyone at the company to continuously improve how you work together
We’d love to see from you
- You are a seasoned Product Manager, and have worked in consumer tech
- You're hands on, and you’d do everything needed to make the team and the product successful
- You are customer obsessed and have experience in qualitative user research
- You eat analytics for breakfast - can easily use tools like Amplitude and communicate about data with non-experts
- You are able to craft a vision and clarify an ambiguous problem space into clear, tangible building blocks of a roadmap
Our mission is to make fitness fun and accessible for everyone. To build inclusive products, we need to build an inclusive team. Please know that this list is indicative and that we would still love to hear from you even if you feel you only are a 75% match. Skills can be learnt, diversity cannot. We promote a diverse and inclusive culture at FitXR.
