Job description
The Product Manager is a vital member of the Product team who reports to the Chief Product Officer. They will be responsible for working cross-functionally across the organization with external stakeholders and Product leadership to document product requirements and use cases for new or enhanced medical coding automation solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role can interpret and translate client business needs into quantified requirements for Product Owners and the product development teams. They must be able to work with healthcare providers and revenue cycle specialists to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that help steer the direction of product development. This role will also spend time understanding and listening to clients’ current state workflows and documenting a vision for a future state with the clients products. This role will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to support the company’s product vision, goals, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- You should have significant product management experience and a track record or successful, at-scale, product launches;
- Ability to tackle an independent work stream and drive progress;
- Premier product professional with 5-10 years of experience;
- Ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics;
- Ability to collaborate with different teams, including engineering, machine learning, professional services, sales, and operations, using outstanding influencing skills and strong senior-level communication abilities to drive decisions;
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience in healthcare IT, particularly medical coding or revenue cycle
- Experience with defining and delivering solutions within the product management lifecycle
- Proven experience writing product documentation, including specifications and implementation and support documentation
- Proven market research, business case, and competitive analysis production
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Participation in the full development lifecycle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
