Job description

Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Product Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based in Basingstoke. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus benefits.

Working hours: 09:00 – 17:30 weekdays

About the role:

As our Junior Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Product Manager to continue to develop our existing healthcare platform to support patients through their cancer pathway as efficiently and effectively as possible, whilst continually improving the user journey.

Responsibilities as our Junior Product Manager will include:

  • Defining tasks, managing and tracking project status for specified projects
  • Contributing design sprints and workshops that encourage group collaboration to solve complex issues
  • Helping to ensure that product documentation and training materials are up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders
  • Using data to drive continuous product growth, identifying and prioritising improvements and enhancements
  • Conducting market and competitor research to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments
  • Collaborating in the collection of both internal and customer feedback, using techniques such as interviews, surveys, and other qualitative/quantitative methods, and convert this information into actionable product changes

Experience and Skills we're looking for in our Junior Product Manager:

  • Experience with project management
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent system
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical approach to problems
  • Keen interest in IT and technological advancements
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
