Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Digital Products Manager
Our Digital Products Manager will lead the Commercial team’s digital strategy. Owning the digital agenda and building strong relationships with Commercial and IT Leaders to translate business vision into the definition and delivery of high quality digital products that enables a seamless customer experience. You will operate as product owner for new and enhanced digital products, including direct customer and agent facing capabilities such as car configurator, portals, apps and self-service channels but also enabling capabilities such as data, insights, workflows (sales processes) for employees.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage the Commercial alignment across workstream leads and project managers (e.g. ERP and web and integration) to ensure that an end-to-end business capability is accounted for
- Accountable for the end-to-end delivery and release of the Digital roadmap (Programmes and Projects), responsible for deploying a fully integrated CRM, Website and Mobile App solution including sales, marketing, social and contact centre capabilities
- Vendor selection where required, contributing to RFP’s and leading MSA/SOW reviews and sign offs
- Ownership of Commercial User Acceptance Testing approach and sign off plans
- Manage the analytics and insight reporting of all digital services, including eCommerce, car configurator, website, and CRM,
- Build own and manage Commercial’s ongoing business as usual plan, always maintaining a 12-month digital strategy roadmap
- Define service SLAs working with IAL Digital Operations team to manage service SLAs, ensuring services are always maintained and operational at the agreed level, whilst servicing the internal customer demand
- Research and leverage market leading and innovative products where appropriate to maximise the opportunity to differentiate and create a leading and cost-effective customer experience
- Continuously identify areas of opportunity and improvement by using data driven insights and technology solution, throughout the customer experience/lifecycle
- Definition and management of Budget cycle plan and consumption review including budget management, scheduling, quality control, effective programme, and project management
What we are looking for:
- Proven Digital leader that can bridge the gap between IT and Commercial team
- Experience in a digital product management role
- Experience of developing and delivering digital product strategies
- Experience in SAP S/4 Hana, SAP C4C, SAP Emarsys and SAP Commerce
- Strong business and technical vision
- Strong awareness and curiosity around digital and technology trends
- Degree or qualified by experience in information technology, sales/marketing or business administration or related field
- Worked experience in global/European CRM, ecommerce, website, mobile app implementations, and IT Delivery
- Evidence of delivering successful multi-country ecommerce in Automotive would be desirable.
