Our Business customers are looking for business partnerships that are based on shared values and purpose, and they want to know how our products and services can help them achieve their sustainability objectives.

As we pursue a new operating model focused on customer-centric, tech-enabled innovation, we're looking for someone to help integrate sustainability into our core offerings and leverage it as a differentiator. • Serve as a subject matter expert, managing the full cycle of digital and technology deliverables across virtual and on-site teams
  • Collaborate with other product teams across the portfolio and partners to develop or enhance product features and own the delivery
  • Maintain and update internal tools, training docs, and user guides
  • Manage, engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders, ensuring they are fully aligned
  • Collect regular customer & colleague feedback to implement necessary changes
Key Skills
  • Good Product Management experience across the full lifecycle
  • Experience in proposition development
  • Some experience leading others within a Product team using an Agile development methodology (such as SCRUM or Kanban) or willingness to be trained on this
  • Self-starter with a focus on MVP delivery that aligns with longer-term product vision
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
  • Willingness to learn about Sustainability and what it means for our customer base
About You
We're looking for someone who can think creatively and loves problem-solving. You'll also need to manage the product roadmap effectively based on key metrics that you've defined. If you're passionate about sustainability, digital technologies, and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you. Join us and help shape the future of digital sustainability tools for our customers.
