The Ideal Candidate The perfect candidate will be adept at driving the execution of all processes within the product lifecycle, from market and product research all the way to release. Coupled with their ability to drive and guide the processes within production in addition, the perfect candidate will be able to confidently and efficiently bridge any and all gaps in communication between the product development and sales teams within the business. Ultimately we are looking for that someone who has a strong series of historical successes within their current and previous roles to join us on furthering our revolutionary impact.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle, including conducting product and market research, analysing competitors, planning strategies, defining product requirements and roadmaps, and managing product launches.
· Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development, working closely with engineering teams.
· Prepare comprehensive product strategy documents encompassing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue projections, and ROI analysis.
· Utilise market data to formulate growth strategies and establish product objectives for effective marketing communications.
· Collaborate closely with technology, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and release, while effectively managing available resources.
· Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that sets the business apart in primary market segments.
Desired Qualifications:
· Extensive experience in a dynamic product management role.
· Demonstrated success in overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
· Highly skilled in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
· Excellent writing and editing abilities, complemented by strong presentation and public speaking skills.
· Previous involvement in software and web development.
· Proven track record as a successful product developer in a non-managerial capacity.
· Demonstrable expertise in SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising.
This role is based in our clients fantastic Guildford offices, they will require this successful candidate to go into the office on a regular basis, and post-probation they will allow for flexible Hybrid working. Salary: £80,000.00 per year
