Customer-centred business strategies
- Responsible for gathering and analysing information on target market trends, market data and the competitive landscape.
- Analyse competitive products, websites, opportunities and threats.
- Identify and evaluate research sources and opportunities to capture the voice of the customer with demonstrable ROI and expected outcomes from the insight
- Effectively communicate customer, competitive and market trends for the benefit of sales, marketing and product development
- Prepare reports and review sales and product reports for the assigned product line / market that demonstrate clear insights and recommendations from the insight
Integrated Sales and Marketing planning
- Assist in marketing planning and executing the launch of campaigns, working with the sales team, sustainability, legal, product development and global marketing departments. Prepare training documents for sales and customer service. Assist with customer product line training when needed.
- Identify, evaluate and propose how new marketing automation technology may be utilised
- Analyse, evaluate and propose processes or technological opportunities for smarter working within sales to improve lead conversion and customer retention
- Help maintain accurate data for sales and marketing use.

- Identify, evaluate and propose opportunities for improved internal communications throughout the division, improving employee engagement and understanding
