Cavaghan & Gray, part of 2 Sisters Food Group are actively seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, result driven and competent individual for the role of Line Manager to join our team based in Carlisle.
This role is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking for a role focused on growth and development.
As a Line Manager you will demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivate and lead your team to achieve set goals and targets. You will be responsible for managing your team, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency is delivered within our manufacturing processes.
Our ideal candidate for Line Manager role:
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment in leadership role (min of 12 months)
- IOSH Managing Safely (training is provided)
- CIEH Level 3 Food Safety for food management (training is provided)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Result driven
- Ability to work on continuous business improvement
- Excellent communication skills via all medium
- Good working ethics and positive attitude
- Ability to produce data with accurate information, strong attention to detail

Shift Pattern and working hours:
- Sunday-Wednesday 21.30-05.30, Thursday 21.30-04.30
