Purpose:
We are looking for a subject matter expert and leader who will be responsible for building our Onboarding, Financial Crime and Fraud capability. Working closely with Product, Risk, Engineering, Operations and Data teams, you will design and deliver automated detection and decisioning on Fincrime and Fraud, whilst also driving growth across the business. This leader will need to have deep empathy for the customer experience to build a strong financial crime discipline within our new business.
What you will be doing:
- Design and deliver the product roadmap and strategy for the end-to-end customer experience involving our financial crime processes and the development of our fincrime decision platform \ risk engine.
- Partner closely with our leaders of Product, Risk, Operations, Growth and our Chief Commercial Officer on strategy and execution of the roadmap.
- Manage the release of new features or processes in a robust manner.
- Enable the smooth operation of fincrime day to day processes.
- Sit on the leadership team for the Product organisation.
- Lead the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience for relevant customer touchpoints and journeys.
- Be accountable for financial crime KPIs and outcomes.
- As the team expands, recruit, develop and mentor the financial crime product tribe.
