Contract: Full-time and permanent position
Your role @Chanel:
- As part of the Watches & Fine Jewellery Division within the most creative and inspiring Maison, you will report to the Marketing Manager, working in collaboration with both the wider W&FJ team and the retail teams.
- You will be a key driver within the Marketing team by developing an adapted local Product strategy and executing its implementation within the region.

STRATEGIC PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Drive the implementation of the product launch calendar and be the source of product knowledge for the division
- Develop and execute 360 strategic product plans with a focus on accelerating sales growth
- Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders (Fashion Stylists, Training, Media & PR, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, etc.) to develop and execute the plans
- Track competition focusing on new launches and existing lines, pricing and categories; compare findings to CHANEL and make recommendations to enhance CHANEL’s product visibility and product services
- Support the sales team by providing sales targets, product information and effective tools to assist in reaching objectives
- Support the Head of Marketing on forecasting new product introductions and soliciting qualitative feedback from the sales teams
- Manage assortment on CHANEL.com, e-Retail websites and wholesale according to bestsellers and stock levels
- Lead special projects, as needed (product trainings, events and others)
PRODUCT TRAINING
- Responsible for overseeing and constructing the overall Training program to reach the business goals by working with the stakeholders
- Be an ambassador of W&FJ: drive the product knowledge across all retail networks (W&FJ & Fashion) and events
- Conduct regular visits across W&FJ and Fashion boutiques to ensure all staff is correctly trained on new launches
PRODUCT ANALYSIS & REPORTING
- Analyse on a weekly and monthly basis and produce reports, highlighting key findings and strengths/ weaknesses of business. Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis
- Support the sales team by providing collection related dashboards on a monthly basis, product information and effective tools to assist in reaching objectives
- Collate feedback from sales teams and Head Office regarding new product launches and performance to share with Global
PRICING MANAGEMENT
- Ensure all price amendments are communicated on a timely basis
- Manage different pricing platforms with support of Operations team to ensure prices are aligned

- Ability to work independently with strong initiative on many different types of projects simultaneously with tight timelines
- 4 years’ experience within the Watch & Fine Jewellery or Luxury industry with strong passion
