You would be working closely with the payments division which help you learn more about our products and help you create solution propositions.

The Product Director role assumes responsibility for the products/services that a business or businesses delivers. The product performance will be managed via a Product P&L, and as part of a roll-up into the division. You will be work with the Divisional Director, the Divisional Chief Product Officer, the Divisional CTO, and the Divisional Commercial Director(s) to define the product's requirements, creating a vision, and aligning the product or service with the businesses and Division’s overall strategy. You will oversee the product's lifecycle, from creation, to development and management of the product roadmap, through to delivery, go-to-market, and pricing.
You will also work with the Divisional Director, the Divisional Chief Product Officer and Division Commercial Director in the development of the marketing and sales strategy for the product/service in order to maximise revenue and profit.
To succeed, you’ll need a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in leading a product/service business in the Retail space coupled with great understanding of the EPOS solutions and experiences of budgeting and forecasting. You would need to be comfortable in coaching people and have a flexible and pragmatic approach. We ask that you be highly customer focused and can demonstrate strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities.
You could be based anywhere in the south but you must be of a commutable distance to our Swan Retail office in Waterlooville. If you enjoy travelling to other offices, then that would be an advantage as you’ll have to occasionally travel to our offices in Welbeck and London.
