Job Summary
- Management of product development for global Entertainment & Gaming partners
- Management of the complete launch process from product development to the oversight of in store retail campaigns, marketing, digital and social activities; working with internal teams accordingly
- Brand guardian ensuring partners follow approved brand guidelines; and working with licensees and partners to interpret these guidelines in the creation of best in class products
- Create assets to support the commercial team. Including mock-ups, visualisation, and competitor research
- Oversee the management of style guides and assets to ensure all partners are developing with appropriate creative for product development
- Working with external agencies and freelancers to create new and updated style guide assets to offer new and on trend commercial designs for licensees
- Creative development of assets to include logos, graphics, brand decks, PowerPoint templates, product mock-ups etc
- Researching and presenting the latest design, fashion, and product trends
- Previous experience in a similar Product Development role
- Good understanding of the product development cycle in a wide variety of categories
- Experience within Entertainment & Gaming licensing
- Familiar with the approvals process and approvals platforms
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Organised proactive, solution driven mindset to deliver against deadlines
- Bring top class design to the centre of all aspects of the role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- This is a permanent position.
- This role will be based at City Road, London.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
