Product Designer (UX)
London
As a Product Designer, you will ensure all work is based on the Voice of the Customer and facilitates creation of industry best practice across our processes and methodology for use in a federated way across the design of digital and non-digital services and experiences. The Customer Experience team define the agenda and strategy for change, championing an iterative delivery approach to problem solving, and creating a persistent model for shaping and scaling change that adds real value, around the customer need.

• Creating human centred designs that meet customer needs
- Looking after end to end user experience design process: from collaboratively designing brief to leading user experience research to building user experience workflows
- Designing creation of and enhancement to services across both digital and non-digital customer experiences, ensuring the project is creating a solution which desirable, feasible and viable
- Identifying and comparing the best processes or design methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes and helping to embed good practice within teams
- Creating and review design specs for developers (across app and web)
• Experience in designing user centred experiences (digital and non digital UX) and workflows – designing functionality of product or service across visual, informational, interaction
- Experience in UX Research – building briefs, using surveys, user/focus groups and interviews to understand how customers interact with products and services on a practical and functional
• Experience in UX writing – crafting of functional copy to aid experiences and help customers navigate product or service
- Ability to storyboard, design prototypes and wireframes and lead testing and iteration

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
