Salesforce, Inc. seeks Product Designer in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties : Prototype ideas with paper, clicks, or code using tools like Figma or Invision. Utilize knowledge of visual design fundamentals including layout, color, and typography to deliver brand value and unique moments in the user experience. Partner closely with product owners, engineers and user research to create a vision for a unified experience. Conduct user research, leveraging knowledge of user research methodologies. Produce wireframes, storyboards, concepts and other collateral to help communicate research and prove the case for new concepts and ideas. Give and receive design feedback. Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow developers to build accurately. Work iteratively with developers to deliver polished, final product. Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements : Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience / Design, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) months of experience in the field of graphic design/product design or six (6) months of experience in the job offered.

Degree (Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience / Design, Engineering (any field)) or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Special Skill Requirements : (1) HTML; (2) Adobe Photoshop; (3) Usability Testing; (4) InVision; (5) CSS; (6) Prototypes; (7) Figma; (8) Sketch; (9) Qualitative Research; (10) Motion Design; (11) Graphic Design. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary : $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per annum.
