Source are currently working with an exciting healthcare scale up who are looking for a product designer to join their team on a contact basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Use a multi-disciplinary approach to design
- Create design specification documents, user flows, wireframes, prototypes etc that address validated customer business problems
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data analysts to ensure designs meet business, customer and technical needs
- Encourage user centric culture and enforce UX and brand guidelines for each digital solution
Key Requirements
- Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with small to medium size teams
- Strong ability in prototyping
- Great team player
- Capable at communicating effectively with others, working as part of a team as well as working with stakeholders
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusion
- Confident in their UI and UX skills
