KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and UI/UX designers, to gather requirements and develop design solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience and overall product design.
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Create user-centered designs that align with business goals, user needs, and industry best practices.
- Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Assist in usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product design.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Prior experience with web or mobile app design is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company operating in the B2B procurement space.
