Our product, Mews Operations is a smart, powerful solution that puts our customers in control of reservation and revenue management, front-office operations, and housekeeping. It is an essential bridge between our customer and their guests.
About the role
We are looking for a strong design leader with experience building and leading talented product designers, overseeing multiple projects, strategizing and evolving the B2B design domain.
We are looking for an
- Provide creative and strategic leadership for design and throughout product development.
- Advocate for user-centered design best practices within product development and connect design with business value.
- Identify opportunities in the cross-functional team, train, hire and grow design talents and the product teams.
- Building strong partnerships with peers in product, engineering, and marketing to ensure stakeholder alignment and to establish clear priorities. Establishing communication structure across cross-functional teams.
- English on a Fluent or Conversational level.
