Role OverVIOOH

The Product Deployment Specialist will be part of a team that is responsible for integrating our product suite and technology stack with new partners (Out of Home media owners). Working in collaboration with the Product Deployment Manager, the Product Deployment Specialist will engage with the Account team, Product team and other internal stakeholders to scope and execute deployment projects, updating clients and partners via an established project governance process covering the project milestones, timelines, risks, etc...

The Product Deployment Specialist will work internally with the Product Deployment Manager, the Product & Customer Solution team, the Product Management team and the Engineering Delivery team to drive forward product development and operational and setup tasks required during integration. They will be responsible for the coordination of such tasks internally, updating the main stakeholders of project risks, scope, and budget.

The Product Deployment Specialist will work closely with the Product Deployment Manager to oversee a small portfolio of key projects. Together they will be responsible for the internal and external reporting and management of this portfolio and the overall health of the main 3 project components: budget, risk, timeline. Once the projects are completed, the Product Deployment team oversees the handover of all client-facing activities back to the Account team.


What you'll be working on

  • Drive through implementation projects from initial scoping to release under the guidance of the Product Deployment Manager
  • Project responsibilities include business analysis, functional specification, system design, platform configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures
  • Collaborate with QA and the support team to ensure product configurations and features delivered match the requirements and are delivered with a high level of service quality
  • Over time you will learn to prepare and document product demonstrations, training sessions and user acceptance tests
  • Working with the product training team, you will ensure that client users are trained and educated
  • Make every implementation successful and play an active part in our philosophy of continuous improvement
  • Report regularly on project progress and KPIs to management, escalating risks in a timely manner
  • Alongside the Product Deployment Manager, Customer Solutions Managers, the Product Managers and the Technical Solutions Managers, identify customer as-is process pain points and gaps in best practices, defining to-be processes that will be enabled by the platform
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships both within the business, our technical delivery team and tech partners, to gather and translate business requirements for successful technical delivery.
  • Guide the client in the production of all the data required to feed the platform, ensuring the data produced both fits the technical requirements and will enable the proper features and business processes.
  • Collaborate regularly with Product, Product Ops, Engineering and Support to gain and feedback product and problem-solving knowledge

What we want from you

  • 2 years' experience in managing technical B2B projects, client-facing implementations or digital products.
  • Technical: understanding of requirement analysis, data analysis, API and technical integration.
  • Tools & technologies to be used: JIRA, XML, SQL, and Postman
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management, prioritisation and patience under pressure
  • Fluent in English with superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong team spirit with eagerness to learn and help
  • Logical thinker, with a real passion for solving customer challenges
  • Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes / contents / opinions and manage client expectations
