The Role:
Peek is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who can bring their expertise in web analytics, B2B product analytics, as well as more traditional data analysis to contribute to our growing business’ success. This person possesses the ability to effectively analyze and interpret data, present findings to stakeholders, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. As an analyst-of-many-trades, you will be working with stakeholders across finance, marketing, product, engineering, customer success, and more to bring insight to a variety of high-priority company initiatives.
This role reports to the Director of Product Analytics.
Please note: This role is remote contingent upon your time zone being in-line with the greater USA. If you are located in the U.S., we require existing U.S. work authorization. Peek is not sponsoring new visas at this time.

Responsibilities:
- Acquiring, organizing, measuring, and interpreting data from primary and secondary sources to support our analytic initiatives.
- Find new product opportunities that drive business outcomes using appropriate analytic techniques
- Delivering custom data solutions to our partners (business customers), providing them with valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with our data and software engineering teams to drive the expansion of Peek's internal data warehouse and data marts.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of analytics projects, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
- Working closely with our product management, marketing, and success teams to enhance the revenue capabilities of our flagship SaaS booking platform, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Supporting internal financial initiatives by collaborating with our finance department, and providing data analysis to inform financial decision-making.
- Actively participating in the analytics community at Peek, sharing best practices, contributing to analytics forums, and staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- 2+ years of experience working and deriving insight from large, semi-structured datasets as a product or data analyst in a SaaS software organization.
- 2+ years of experience writing SQL against large and complex data sets.
- 2+ years of experience working with web and mobile analytics platforms such as MixPanel, Google Analytics, Heap, Pendo, etc.
- 2+ years of experience working with data analytics/visualization tools such as Looker, tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Experience working with analytical (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc) or transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc)
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with data transformation tools E.g. DBT, Python, or R
- Experience with Machine Learning libraries using Python
- Experience with a/b or multivariate testing
- Experience in travel and activity space is helpful but not required
- Experience working within agile development teams
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An affinity for explaining product complexity with ease to different stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
