We’re looking for a Producer to join our award winning team in Middlesbrough (UK), home to the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline and countryside.
As a Producer at Double Eleven, you’ll have overall responsibility for the efficient running of a project, working with discipline Leads to deliver on project’s goals.
We can support UK relocation and have a dedicated People team on standby to assist you and your family with every step to us.

What you'll be doing
- Be the interface between the Client and our Teams
- Plan Sprints and Milestones (with Leads support)
- Update stakeholders regularly on project progress
- Work with and guide any Assistant / Associate Producers on your team
- Run and Organise meetings and stand ups
- Ensure Project Tracking Software is an accurate portrayal of the project
- Prioritise backlog alongside Leads/Clients/Directors
- Identify project risks and offer solutions to mitigate against them
- Ensure project scope remains within the contracted resource budget (avoid feature creep)
- Compile and distribute project performance reports
- Provide analytical insight through analysis of project performance metrics, setting KPIs and identification of trends in data
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in Production within the video games industry
- Strong general knowledge of the video game production process - ideally a comprehensive end-to-end oversight from within the industry.
- Project management skills - initiating, managing and closing software projects
- Ability to mediate and arbitrate discussions, getting the right people in the room when needed
- Excellent communicator in both content and tone through a variety of methods; online, face to face, presentation or written
- Meticulous attention to detail, and good organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and be able to lead by example
- Excellent time management, multitasking skills and the ability to process complex information efficiently
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external clients
- Analytical thinker with the ability to analyse information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems
- Experience with SCRUM or AGILE methodologies
