The Procurement team are undertaking a multi-year transformation focused on creating a platform to drive significant incremental value through the creation of an operating model with the capability to maximise the potential of this supplier ecosystem via connection & delivery of the right external expertise to meet the future demands of Santander and in turn, to drive best value, whilst complying with regulation and Santander risk appetite.
The Procurement Data Analyst will support the delivery of a robust procurement framework to our stakeholders and work collaboratively with our captive execution partner, Aquanima, to ensure complementary activities across both areas resulting in increasing procurement maturity and business value.
The difference you’ll make.
Producing MI to provide actionable insights to Procurement stakeholders and be the point of contact for data queries.
Understanding the end-to-end Procurement process and supporting stakeholders in gaining a clear view for their business unit.
Identifying data improvement opportunities and pro-actively engaging with system owners to fix at source.
improving of the MI production process, identifying efficiencies and developing new meaningful insights.
What you’ll bring.
Advanced excel skills
Excellent understanding of joining multiple data sources to create reports and dashboards which you are able to interpret and communicate to stakeholders
It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience of data analysis using VBA, Power BI or equivalent tooling
Experience of Procurement E2E process / data
Ability to interpret and evaluate information
Ability to manage multiple, conflicting interests and deadlines

This is a permanent role offering a hybrid working model where you will be required to attend the office 2 days per week.
