Role Description: As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across Manchester, covering absences, teacher training days, and other short-term vacancies. Your primary responsibility will be to provide engaging and effective classroom instruction, ensuring the continuity of learning and maintaining a positive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and following school policies and procedures
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring student engagement
- Providing support and assistance to students with their learning needs
- Collaborating with colleagues and school staff to foster a positive learning community
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Relevant teaching experience (NQTs are welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to undergo one
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £115.00-£210.00 per day
Schedule:

Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
