Permanent position – Part Time 17.5 hours

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant who will be responsible for embedding best practice processes and systems adding value to sourcing solutions that support the business functions and projects to achieve time, cost and quality objectives.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of Aegon’s Supplier Contracts database including uploading new contracts and adding amendments/supplementary documents to existing contract records and updating the system meta data to ensure it is accurate. The role will also require the preparation and provision of system reports, managing system access (adding/removing users) and supporting the training of new users on how to use the system.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Basic knowledge of Procurement
- Knowledge of contract structures, terms and supplier agreements
- Creating and maintaining contract records in contracts repository (preferably Ariba)
- Analysing data and producing reports
