The Procurement Function plays an important role in supporting colleagues in procuring a diverse range of goods, services and works which are critical to the effective operation of the organisation.

The Procurement Administrator is responsible for supporting the Procurement and Insurance team, which has 18 members, with administrative tasks and acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries in relation to contracts and procurement operations. This position will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to the Procurement and Insurance team including management of the inbox, scheduling, data entry and a wide range of administrative tasks.
- A first point of contact for general Procurement queries, managing correspondence with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and signposting to main sources of Procurement process and policy documentation..
- Management of contract, supplier and key milestone information on our Contract Management System.
- Assist with tasks in the management of the University purchase order system.
