Head of HR
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR within this private equity backed business which is undergoing change and longer-term growth plans. Working closely with the Board and Senior Management teams, you will ensure he delivery of an effective and efficient HR services across the organisation. There will be a need to review and design new HR policies and process for the business and coach the HR team through this change. As a true HR generalist role, you will be working across all areas from recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning and development, reward and payroll.
As a key member of the Senior Management team, you will develop their values and employer branding proposition, whilst also promoting Diversity & Inclusion. You will also oversee the development and implementation of their HRIS, whilst ensuring all of their HR processes are effective and in line with the company’s longer-term growth plans. AS well as enhancing their Learning & Development proposition, you will be a member of their Remuneration Committee and work closely with the CEO and FD on their salary benchmarking exercise.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who is looking to shape and develop a highly successful company’s HR function. Through coaching and supporting the HR team (HR Advisor and HR Assistant), you will be collaborative and focussed in your approach, ensuring the development of a proactive HR service. With previous experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR in a SME, you will demonstrate well-rounded HR skills where you have made a positive impact and change within a business. Excellent stakeholder management skills and a persuasive manner will be essential, whilst also demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
This role can be remote, however there will be the need to travel to some of the sites across the UK. There will not be significant travel, but naturally there will sometimes be the need to visit these offices.

Salary: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
