What you will do
Sitting within the finance quality and order processing team, you are responsible for completing all approved credit requests and re-bills accurately. The position requires someone who has great attention to detail, aiming to complete daily tasks to improve overall customer satisfaction. How you will do it
Involved in the day-to-day accurate and effective processing of customer credits and invoicing
Review completeness of information provided by Customer Accounts and Disputes
By developing best practice to the credit and re-invoicing process so that queries, errors and omissions are minimised
Interact with the Customer Account and Operational Teams
Identify improvements to processes and assist in customer dispute resolution to create solutions to upstream failures
Cancel any terminated signalling record and ensure any suppliers are updated
Review and maintain contract renewals
Accurate updating of records

Excellent excel knowledge, pivot tables and v-lookups are an essential part of this role
