Job description

Cogent Staffing are recruiting for a Process Team Leader for our client, a well known clothing retailer, based in Batley WF17.

Working in a busy sorting warehouse/production enviroment processing clothing and leading/supervising a processing team.

Salary/shift:

• Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 16:00
• Friday 8:15 to 15:45
• Full time role
• £11.21 per hour
• Permanent role

Duties include:

• Leading and supervising a team
• Manage targets
• Sorting, picking and distribution of stock

Experience:

• Ideally have worked in a fast pace distribution warehouse
• Processing, picking and packing clothing would be an advantage
• Have supervisory experience

The candidate:

• Good communication skills
• Be able to motivate a team
• Happy to commute to Batley for a full time role
