Job description
Cogent Staffing are recruiting for a Process Team Leader for our client, a well known clothing retailer, based in Batley WF17.
Working in a busy sorting warehouse/production enviroment processing clothing and leading/supervising a processing team.
Salary/shift:
- Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 16:00
- Friday 8:15 to 15:45
- Full time role
- £11.21 per hour
- Permanent role
Duties include:
- Leading and supervising a team
- Manage targets
- Sorting, picking and distribution of stock
Experience:
- Ideally have worked in a fast pace distribution warehouse
- Processing, picking and packing clothing would be an advantage
- Have supervisory experience
The candidate:
- Good communication skills
- Be able to motivate a team
- Happy to commute to Batley for a full time role
