Opportunity
Measured Growth CPA needs a self-motivated individual to join us as our newest team member in our Bookkeeping position. This role provides a balance between having oversight of role responsibilities and working as a team. While we cannot control the future, we see this role as a long-term position with potential for advancement and opportunity as our firm continues to grow! We are looking for career minded candidates.

- Canadian Citizenship (Must be located in Canada, Ontario preferable)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 Year Accounting Experience
- Experience using online accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, etc.)
- Experience using Pro-File is a plus
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication (Client & Team facing, Written & Spoken)
- Highly Organized
- Consistently meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Proactively Solve problems on Individual and Team levels
- Consistent, reliable access to Internet

Job Description:
- Provide timely and professional communications for clients and team members
- Transform new client bookkeeping and records per firm standards and structure to adhere to best practices
- Perform accounting, bookkeeping and tax function within deadlines
- Perform accounting, bookkeeping and tax functions with minimal error
- Including:
- Month-end Bookkeeping
- Transaction Entry
- Payroll calculation and distribution
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000-$60,000 per year
