Job description

We are looking for an energetic, driven, conscientious individual to work as part of a small, friendly team across our Warehouse and Bait/Particle Factory based in Burnham-on-Crouch.

The hours for this role are Monday – Friday 7.30 am to 4 pm

The successful applicant will show the following qualities

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills
  • Good time keeping and effort towards the tasks carried out.
  • Good attention to detail in ensuring good quality control of products being manufactured.
  • Able to follow instructions and learn quickly
  • Strong teamwork skills to work in a small team of skilled individuals
  • An interest in manufacturing processes.
  • Motivation in ensuring best practice regarding cleanliness and machine maintenance.
  • Diligence in ensuring health and safety is always maintained in the factory environment.
