Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Process Operative working a days and nights rotational 4on 4off shift and the contract operative role comes with a rate of £16.00 per hour on days and £17.00 per hour on nights. The contract is for a minimum of 6 months.

As a Process Operative, you will build and assemble components for the supply to the composites and defence industries. You will work to a Production plan as supplied by the Team Leader and will work in Teams within a busy production cell.

If you were already in this Process Operative role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

• Handling raw materials supplied to work streams
• Delivery and set up
• Placing cut material shapes into various tools
• Preforming tooling and material
• Vac form tooling.

• Finishing and assembly of composites components
• Packacking and labelling of finished products
• Press operation.
