Job Title: Process Operative
Reports to: Department Manager
Shift: 2 Shift rotation cycle (Days, Evenings)
Day Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm (Sat 6am-11am)
Evening shift: Mon-Fri 3pm- Midnight.
Pay Rate: £26,325 + Sunday over at £18 per hour.
Location: 16 Silverwood Industrial Area, Lurgan

The main duties of this role will be to integrate in a vibrant and busy work environment, working alongside a busy team providing support to the team Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
· Ensuring quality standards of finished products
· Inspection of products prior to process to ensure conformity.
· Operation of overhead crane and forklifts (Training will be provided).
· Handling of steel products
· Maintaining housekeeping standards.
· Any other duties associated with the job role.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Production or manufacturing experience, although transferable skills from similar roles will be considered as full training will be provided
- This role involves a substantial amount of manual handling.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a target based environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Team player.
- Flexible.
- Be able to work to strict health & safety standards.
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous production experience.
- Forklift Truck/Crane operation.
