Manufacturing at P&G is responsible for every aspect of product making for some of the world’s best loved brands. Working as a Process Engineer in manufacturing, you will be entrusted to lead parts of the business right from the start. Manufacturing has far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment/processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.

  • Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes.

  • Own critical Daily Management Systems – you will be entrusted from the start to own these systems and processes!

  • Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants – you will be a key part of a wider Product Supply organisation, learning from others and sharing best practice, often across the region and sometimes the globe

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • University graduates who have recently completed a degree in any Engineering field – other STEM degrees will also be considered.

  • Candidates with some experience post-graduation, either in a manufacturing or an engineering environment will also be considered.

  • Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non-academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.

  • Strong English verbal and writing skills.
