What You Can Expect:
Manufacturing at P&G is responsible for every aspect of product making for some of the world’s best loved brands. Working as a Process Engineer in manufacturing, you will be entrusted to lead parts of the business right from the start. Manufacturing has far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment/processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. This role is an excellent and unique opportunity to advance in a challenging career at P&G by demonstrating growing levels of technical and leadership skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes.
Own critical Daily Management Systems – you will be entrusted from the start to own these systems and processes!
Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants – you will be a key part of a wider Product Supply organisation, learning from others and sharing best practice, often across the region and sometimes the globe

Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
University graduates who have recently completed a degree in any Engineering field – other STEM degrees will also be considered.
Candidates with some experience post-graduation, either in a manufacturing or an engineering environment will also be considered.
Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non-academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.
Strong English verbal and writing skills.
