Job description

As one of our Process Design Leads, you will be inspiring colleagues with your vision for process improvement and strategic change, using your expertise in various tools and methodologies for the design of new and existing processes, helping to shape great processes and outcomes.

You will also be responsible for driving and embedding a culture of strong process management across Insurer Services (our Claims and Fraud area), acting as a point of expertise and guidance for the business and team.
We’re flexible in terms of location too! You can be based at any of our offices (Bexhill, London or Leicester) on a hybrid basis, or, for the right person, we can offer this as a fully remote opportunity.

What does day to day look like?

  • Working with stakeholders across all levels to lead the design of new and changing processes, ensuring these support and enable delivery of our strategic objectives
  • Using various methodologies and tools as appropriate, designing for easy to use processes with good customer outcomes, improved efficiencies, robust controls and market leading commercial performance
  • Proactively identifying strategic opportunities for holistic process and business improvements
  • Embedding and continuously improving the Process Design framework to support the delivery of innovative and effective process design and business process management
  • Feeding into Process Assurance reporting for overall visibility of process performance and outcomes
  • Continuously promoting a culture of strong process and control management

What are we looking for?
  • Strong experience of process design, improvement and strategic change delivery
  • Proven track record of using various design and change methodologies
  • Ability to inspire and influence change at all levels
  • A strong understanding of risk, control and assurance
  • A broad understanding of commercial objectives
