Job description
Working as a PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) Receptionist you will also ensure all passengers are booked into the PRM Reporting System to ensure we allocate resource to all passengers and ensure passengers are taken to their flight in a timely manner. You will be based in our landside reception and airside reception areas keeping all passengers up to date on when assistance will arrive. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service to all passengers and provide them with information on their departing journey.
