The Role

• The team works for some of the highest profile and active private capital investors in London and globally, across the spectrum from Venture Capital and Capital Growth, through buy-outs and infrastructure.
• You will be working alongside partners who lead transaction teams in the execution of private equity transactions involving private capital investor clients, such as BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, J.P Morgan, QIA, Fidelio.
• This role focusses on Private Capital Investors and will be focussed around private equity transactions, as well as some work within venture capital and growth capital.

Requirements

• You will be a Lawyer, NQ-3 years PQE, with experience dealing with private equity transactions, as well as some experience with venture capital and capital growth matters
• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
