We have an exciting opportunity to join the Estate Services Department as a Print Studio Assistant working in the office/workshop at University Offices.

About the Role
The University Print Studio Assistant is a key, full time role within the Print Studio Team in Shared FM Services. The primary function of the post is to be responsible for the set-up, draft and general ‘production print’ aspects of customer’s documents and to act as an administrative support to the Deputy & Print Studio Managers as well as being involved in the operation of the workshop.
The post holder will take ownership of University Print Studio work orders and ensure they follow the appropriate process through to completion and invoicing. This will involve working on reprographics machinery as well as desk-based activities.
The post holder will be carrying out essential administrative work for the team including procurement via our finance team, liaising with other Shared Services teams regarding logistics and monitoring and utilising our sales portal for online orders.

As a member of the University Print Studio team, the role will involve to be the first point of contact for customers regarding work and advice from the University Print Studio and therefore the post holder should be professional with a keen focus on excellent customer service.
