Position Summary:
Responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of print production/facilities management to end-user customers. Activities involve running various print production equipment, organizing and completing customer projects, maintaining customer relationships, and additional tasks including mail delivery and equipment inspections.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Operate office/production equipment
- Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers)..
- Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database.
- Clean and maintain office equipment when necessary.
- Delivery of customer mail within the office or remote locations.
- Distribute supplies as required.
- Problem-solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements.
- Perform quality inspections before, during, and after the output of each production run.
- Perform operator maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain reporting logs and information for billing.
- Point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs.
- Provide excellent customer service skills.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a team environment well with others.
- Ability to learn multiple accounts and multiple tasks at accounts and continue daily operations when the main operator(s) are out of the office.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Eager to learn technologies surrounding Print Production.
- Able to use PC, perform and demonstrate intermediate use of, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Service role.
- Ability to sort/deliver mail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Other duties as needed by customer requirements.
