About the role
This role will be working within our folding department, operating and programming press brake machines whilst focusing on moving materials between departments. You will be reading technical drawings to obtain information about each job and will be required to have basic computer literacy.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5:30pm. Opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Operating and programming press brakes.
- Using basic computer literacy skills to follow digital work instructions.
- Responsible for safe material handling and material movement between departments.
- Ensuring products meet quality and quantity expectations.
- General housekeeping of work area.
Requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience of reading technical drawings desirable.
- Experience of hand tools desirable.
