Job description
The Loop Kitchen Team Member acts with a sense of urgency to perform assigned workstation duties. Constantly maintains the safety, security, and cleanliness of the workplace out of respect for fellow team members. Arrives on time for each shift dressed in uniform with good personal hygiene. We work as part of a team to take responsibility for everything that happens during the shift.

Below is a general outline of some of the roles/ responsibilities our Loop Kitchen Team Member (this list is not all inclusive):
Responsibilities include:
- Make and serve quality food
- Maintain prepared ingredient inventory within temperature and shelf-life guidelines
- Set up, break down, and maintain clean prep stations
- Fill out end of shift paperwork
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Arrive on time for shifts
- Support opening and closing duties including cleaning at the end of each shift.
- Comply with uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards
- Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Always comply with safety and security standards
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Knife skills and previous restaurant experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lb over head.
- Must work well in a team.
- Must arrive on time for shifts
Employee Incentive:
· Employee that is with us for 6 months to 3 Years = 0.10 cents off Gallon of Fuel
· Employee that is with us for 3 yrs.- 5 yrs. = 0.30 cents off gallon of fuel
· Employee that is with us for +5 yrs. = 0.40 cents off gallon of fuel
· MAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK

Age Requirement:
· 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift.
· Minimum of 21-year-old to work 3rd shift
