Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a dynamic Premises assistant who shares this commitment.
You will be an important part of a large team delivering excellent customer service to our staff, students and visitors.
No two days are the same, this is a varied role similar to a Caretaker’s position with development potential. This working pattern for this role is scheduled for Monday-Friday 1pm-6pm.
Your role will involve:
- Closing and locking sites,
- Basic maintenance and caretaker tasks,
- Deliveries between our college sites
- Setting up of facilities,
- Litter picking / emptying bins
- Portering,
- Responding to first aid incidents,
- Dealing with customer requests.
