Position Summary The Samsung B2B Centre of Excellence (B2B CoE) is a newly formed team to develop growth across all product divisions through increased alignment and partnerships within Samsung and in the external B2B community. An integrated solutions approach is becoming necessary to accelerate growth in the public sector and large corporate marketplace. Samsung is uniquely positioned amongst its competitors to take advantage of our broad portfolio and our own internal software & services offerings to deliver end-to-end solutions for complex and demanding environments. The team will be closely aligned with the Integrated Offering team based in Korea and will work closely together in implementing strategies and providing insights into the requirements of the European market. You will work with our European Subsidiaries in supporting their development of One Samsung B2B business. This will involve strategic direction, standard methodology sharing and detailed analysis of our key market opportunities. Role and Responsibilities Technical Expertise with a capability to create something new & unique: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our technical product portfolio, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages, BUT also be able to turn this into something even better by bringing together parts of our portfolio to deliver more powerful integrated offerings. Solution Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for clients, showcasing the benefits and functionality of our technical products to meet their requirements effectively. Needs Assessment: Work closely with prospective clients to identify their business needs, challenges, and objectives, then align our technical products to provide the best-fit solutions. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including potential customers, technology partners, and industry influencers. Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform product development and sales strategies. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry standard processes, enhancing your technical expertise and understanding of market dynamics. What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Energetic, high-reaching, driven, adaptable, delivery focussed, entrepreneurial flair.
