JOB PURPOSE
To support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the management of employees of the relevant function in order to effectively ensure all the activities and processes in compliance with the deadlines. To be in charge of preparing and filing documents, preparing reports, and onboarding activities support. To cooperate with international teams and to give support and assistance in the daily activities of the function, guaranteeing a smooth communication and a prompt settlement of requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Based on the Talent Acquisition Manager’s requests, prepares the documents on candidates such as presentation sheets and reports.
- Gives support in the preparation of contracts and draft letters based on company standards.
- Coordinates and collects documents requested for recruitments, processes new hires and sends the communication to relevant parties. (HR, payroll, Hiring Managers)
- Supports the Talent Acquisition Manager in the processing of the requests for reports for the line and internal functions.
- Carries out general services for the Talent Acquisition Manager, such as loading of documents in digital repositories, update of periodic reports, meeting room reservations, booking interviews, getting candidate and hiring manager feedback, general candidate management.
- Front office support for all employee requests regarding general recruitment queries
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1-2 years in a similar role with experience managing a large headcount
Proficient in digital tools
Good knowledge of the Office package
Skilled in analyzing and reading data
Good communication and relationship skills
High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to the context and the various situations
Flexibility and stress self-control
Skilled in analyzing and matching existing information in order to solve problems
Very good knowledge of the English language
