JOB PURPOSE
To support the Store Operations Manager in managing the operating activities related to the stores back of house, according to the Corporate guidelines and the Corporate policy and procedures.
Actively support the relationship between back and front office in any stores.
To support the SOM to ensure the correct handling of goods, care of the product and compliance acting as ambassador with all the Stock teams of stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
- Guarantee the implementation of all procedures in line with corporate guidelines and with the “Store Operation Manual”
- Ensure with a strict monitoring and regular on-site visits that all the procedures are implemented
- Ensure the cross-functional communication among all departments involved (Retail Operations, Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Event Team) in the support to stores
- Guarantee the assistance to stores in relation to the interpretation and implementation of all procedures and policies
- Supervise the preparation of packaging and stationery orders for each boutique
- Supervise the receiving and the management of the Visual Merchandiser Display Objects
- Maintain contacts and relationships with the external providers
- Direct support to all the Inventory management activities
- Support the SOM in Report/KPI: Transit Goods, Special stocks, Stolen, Negatives, Démarque inconnue, Gift Monitoring, Uniforms Stock, Repairs, E-commerce
- Support in the training of the Store Managers/Stores employees and the Stockroom employees in relation to stockroom management procedures and their updates, making sure that they are adopted and in line with the Corporate ones
- Weekly presented in all the local stores, supporting the staff in the concrete implementation of rules and procedures during all the stores phases
- Support in all the activities and reporting connected with end of season stock-taking, preparing the appropriate reports in conjunction with the Functions involved
- Control the stocks and KPI Operations (stolen, negatives, special stocks, transfers between stores, etc.) and prepare/send related reports to the head-office and HQ
- Administer the purchase orders process for all the products and services of the department.
