Payroll & Practice Manager
Part-Time - Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 3:00 (Flexible)
£30,000FTE

Job Description:

In this role, you will play a key part in providing comprehensive payroll support to their clients and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Responsibilities:

Processing auto enrolment for clients as necessary
Preparing salaries for multiple payrolls
Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly payrolls
Statutory calculations and discussions
Preparation of auto enrolment reports and files for uploading
Ensuring that client employees are paid accurately and timely
Reporting to managers and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately and to deadline
Assisting with the management of client relationships and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
Keeping up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices.
Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Experienced working in a payroll environment ideally in practice or bureau
Experienced in the running and management of an office environment
