A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRACTICE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT LEAD
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head of Hospice Services you can expect your working day to include the following:
- As our Practice Learning & Development Lead you will be able to identify & co-ordinate learning & development needs across teams here at Highland Hospice.
- You will be supporting teams across all Hospice services, enabling them to gain the knowledge and skills required to provide excellent patient centred care.
- You will be working across teams, both internally & externally, guiding and advising clinical and care professionals.
- You will have excellent communication skills and play a key role within the senior team.

Salary: £35,522 - £43,286
Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays)
Hours: 37.5 hours / week (full-time)
