This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic person with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our new International Nurse Recruitment Project Team. As International Nurse Practice Education Facilitator you will play a key role in this new initiative enhancing the experience of international recruits joining the Trust, ensuring they receive a smooth transition into the UK and the NHS, preparing them for their OSCE exams and support then with finding onward accommodation.

You will work closely with HR colleagues and partner organisations to support all aspects of the onboarding process ensuring that the pastoral care our internationally recruited nurses need is in place. You will co-ordinate and manage arrival, welcome and accommodation arrangements. You will be on hand to offer practical support, advice and guidance to newly arrived international nurses.

As well as fulfilling a crucial pastoral support role, you will be responsible for ensuring they are prepared for their OSCE exams.

You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines, great organisational skills and a desire to provide brilliant customer service. You must be flexible, able to work early mornings and evenings when required. You must be adept at problem solving and able to deal with challenges positively and calmly.

The purpose of this role is to enhance the experience of international recruits joining the Trust and ensure they receive a smooth transition into the United Kingdom (UK) and the NHS, prepare them for their OSCE exams and support them with finding onward accommodation.
